Terms of Service

These terms set out the basic framework for working with builtwithLD on websites, automations, support, and related project delivery.

Scope of Services

builtwithLD provides website design, development, automation setup, support, and related digital services. Final deliverables, timelines, and pricing are confirmed in writing before work starts.

Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, feedback, approvals, and any required access or materials needed to complete the work. Delays in client feedback may affect delivery timelines.

Payments

Fees, billing cadence, and payment terms are agreed before work begins. Ongoing plans continue until cancelled in line with the agreed notice period. Missed payments may result in paused work or service interruption.

Content and Approvals

You remain responsible for reviewing and approving final content, imagery, legal wording, and business information before launch. While we aim to help with structure and copy, final sign-off stays with you.

Third-Party Services

Projects may rely on third-party platforms such as hosting providers, booking tools, analytics, payment processors, or integrations. Their availability, pricing, and policies are outside our direct control.

Liability

We aim to provide high-quality work and reasonable support, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service, specific rankings, or specific commercial outcomes. Liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant service where permitted by law.

Accessibility

We aim to build clear, usable websites and make reasonable accessibility improvements where included in scope. Accessibility is an ongoing process, and additional compliance work may require separate review or implementation.
